Welcome to Trackora. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trackora platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Trackora, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using Trackora, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use Trackora. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements. You may not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law.

Premium subscriptions are processed through our payment partners (Lemon Squeezy or Paddle). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Refunds are handled according to our payment partner's policies.
"User Content" includes all data you create or upload to Trackora, including projects, tasks, time entries, client information, files, and communications.
Trackora allows you to share project progress with clients via secure, tokenized links. When you enable sharing:

The Trackora platform, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Trackora and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without our written permission. Your User Content remains yours.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
By You: You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to the Free plan features. Upon account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in conduct that harms other users or the Service. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRACKORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trackora, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Egypt. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
